Capitalise in 2025: Is buying a whare right for me?

Home ownership isn’t for everyone, and that’s totally fine!

Everyone has completely different situations and priorities that are important to them. However, if you’re on the fence about home ownership, this month we are covering some of the basics you need to think about before stepping in!

Where to start? If you’re feeling unsure, some key things to consider are:

🏡 Do I have a stable income and enough savings for a deposit?

💰 Can I afford mortgage repayments and ongoing home costs such as rates and insurance?

📍 Do I want to stay in the same place long-term or might I have other plans?

Plan ahead!

Make a 5-year plan—where do you see yourself living, and what steps do you need to take to get there? Where would you like to be in 5 years time?
