Logging in for the first time?

If you are logging into the new experience for the first time, please click the ‘Login’ below and select ‘Reset your pin/password’. Follow the instructions to confirm your new password. Note your password needs to be no longer than 8 characters and be both numbers and letters.

I'm logging in for the first time. What do I need to do?

STEP 1 Click login above.

STEP 2 Click on the reset your Password link.

STEP 3 Type in your Whakapapa/Whai Rawa number without the first zero (if you have a zero) into the member number box.  Then type in your Date of Birth and follow the instructions.

What should my password be?

So many things require a password these days, that it can be difficult remembering them all. Your password can be up to eight characters long, and needs to be both letters and numbers.

If you have supplied your email address before, simply click on reset your password link in the member sign in box and follow the instructions.

We recommend you change your password to something that is memorable to you, but not easy for other people to guess.
