Logging in for the first time?

If you are logging into the new experience for the first time, please click the ‘Login’ below and select ‘Reset your pin/password’. Follow the instructions to confirm your new password. Note your password needs to be no longer than 8 characters and be both numbers and letters.

I'm logging in for the first time. What do I need to do?

STEP 1 Click login above.

STEP 2 Click on the reset your Password link.

STEP 3 Type in your Whakapapa/Whai Rawa number without the first zero (if you have a zero) into the member number box.  Then type in your Date of Birth and follow the instructions.

What should my password be?

We recommend you change your password to something that is memorable to you, but not easy for other people to guess.

Choosing a strong password and keeping it safe is still very important. We recommend using strong, unique passwords for your online accounts.

You’ll need to reset your password the next time you log in. Your new password will need to have:

  • Between 8 and 16 characters
  • Contain at least 1 letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one special character (for example # or *)
