Whai Rawa General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Note the following:

1. Whai Rawa may give away prizes on Facebook, or via a campaign.
2. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email or by telephone.
3. If Whai Rawa is unable to contact the winner within one week of the Prize Draw the Prize is forfeited and Whai Rawa will redraw another winner.
4. The winner of the Prize Draw will not incur costs in order to collect their prize.
5. Whai Rawa will advise the winner when the prize will be couriered but take no responsibility for failure to receive a prize.
6. Whai Rawa reserves the right to request proof of membership from a person claiming a Prize.
7. There is no entry fee or ticket for the Prize Draw.
8. Prize Draw winners will be listed on social media. Your name and location may be published if you are a winner.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. In the event that a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Whai Rawa, Whai Rawa may substitute a prize of equal value. It is the winner’s responsibility to access and use the prize accordingly. Whai Rawa is not responsible if the prize is unused and no monetary compensation will be provided.
10. Employees of TRONT or any of its subsidiary entities, TRONT Representatives or employees of any company involved in the Prize Draw, or any advertising agency or web company connected with the Prize Draw or any such persons subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
11. If for any reason Whai Rawa considers that a Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, Whai Rawa reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw(s).
12. Whai Rawa reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
13. Our decision in relation to any aspects of a Prize Draw is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Whai Rawa respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 2020 and complies with the privacy principles in respect of the collection of personal information from individuals.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
